Previously, I have blogged about my lethargy case and did mention that I have found a drink that I called it -my miracle drink. That miraculous drink so happen to be none other than Innershine OPC. I am amazed by the speedy results that it gave me after consuming it for about a month. My face complexion is surprisingly pretty smooth and acne scars are slowly disappearing (find it hard to believe, why don't you just scroll down and you know what i mean). This is definitely one healthy beauty energy drink. All three in one drink, what can you ask more!? Definitely recommend  Innershine OPC to every girl out there, any time, any day. Seriously, i'm not trying to hard sell on this product but i gotta say, ever since i got to the UK, my face was horrible with the crazy abrupt breakouts. Then, I started drinking OPC Innershine that came to the rescue :)

SO, what got me started on the drink?

  1. Despite the fact of having nothing to drink on the first day (when i first moved into my new place), my sweet tooth was craving for something sweet.
  2. Wanted to keep myself warm. Read some review stated that BRANDS drink gives this certain natural heat to your body. Weather is too cold here!! I need heat!
  3.  Can't resist the cute bottle design that just tempted me to drink.
  4. Read the packaging that it helps in skin rejuvenating and energy booster. I was curious and so I tried.

Let's roll out 'Melly's face chronology' shall we? In chronological order from Dec 2010 to NOW:

Sometime in December ‘10

This has got to be one of the worst breakouts ever! Sadly can still recall the endless sleepless nights due to the long hours of work during my internship at an advertising agency that pretty much messed up my food clock.

Sometime in February 2011

Goofing around with my pals at a photo shoot. I’m absolutely sure you can spot my pimples in this picture and can even count them with your fingers. Let’s count em shall we? 1.. and a 2! Yup, two HUGE fugly pimples.

Chinese New Year 2011

All those yummy oily Chinese food certainly did not do any justice to my face. Let’s spell PIMPLE together! P-I-M-P-L-E… Good! =.=

Late April 2011

My skin got better after I finished my internship. Got all the very much needed rest and my food clock was back to normal. Although my pimples have reduced, the stubborn acne scars still refuse to leave my skin. And I was so tired of complaining how ugly I look like with acnes and pimples which I have decided to be friends with em. Hence, we became pimpals. Get the pun ;) Hehe

Style assignment for TiC

Style shot for my blog that took place quite some time ago. If you pay attention closely to the picture above, you’ll be able to see baby pimples and oily spots.

At work:
August – September 2011 at SEVENTEEN Magazine (new job as fashion writer at large, YAY!)

My bumming face screams for work to end early. A bit stressed out from the work assignments at SEVENTEEN Magazine. Skin is looking not too shabby cos I had proper rest and meal J Yeowwzahh!

Prepping up for my style shot shoot for my blob. Spot the pimple on the forehead?

Middle of September 2011:
Where I left the beautiful gorgeous home :'(

Left: Chilling at the Uni café in UK. Notice that my cheeks look puffy here?

Right: Pimples popping like nobody’s business and of all the places… at the airport and on the first day of my arrival to the UK. Purrfeccct =.=

Andddd.... Two weeks ago, my complexion shocked me as no more pimple scars. Woo HOO!

Ps: It doesn’t mean that solely relying on the drink can give you immediate results, you still need proper rest and also maintaining a good healthy eating habit. Don’t skip meals and always remember to wash your face daily! J

So there you go, the grandmama story of Melly's skin. I was just too overwhelmed and happy about my new found love (OPCInnershine) that i have illustrated a mini interactive art piece :) YAY!
