Girl in red scooter waits for green light. Pedestrian walk steals the green light. Girl in red scooter stops for the red light. Pedestrians stop for the girl in red scooter to pass the green light.

Walking traffic against vehicle traffic: each takes turn to stop for another, the other takes turn to wait for another. Equilibrium bond takes place. Road peace.
